What moves the price
Four things, mostly: floor area, how often we attend, what the floors are made of and what condition they're in, and how much time the site's access rules add to a visit — inductions, sign-in, lift bookings and a loading dock that closes at six all cost hours. That's exactly why we quote rather than publish a list. We'd rather ask a few questions up front and give you a number that holds than advertise one and revise it on the day. If we've underestimated, that's our cost to wear — not yours.
